      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rather frustrated that Sky broadband service availability checker says Full Fibre (GigaFast) is not available at my address, when OpenReach and other providers all report that it's available.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how to get Sky to properly investigate and change their understanding?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If its just recently rolled out via openreach it may take another 2-4 before sky catches up with the openreach full fibre database&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. BT, EE and Plusnet are all offering Full Fibre up to 900Mbps at my address. Nothing from Sky.&amp;nbsp; I'm stuck in a contract anyway, but it seems odd that Sky is so slow to update its systems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
