topic Test my broadband says all OK. No WiFi and and orange light? in Broadband

The Sky test tells me all is okay with my broadband, but my devices and the router tell me otherwise. Does checking automatically and not acknowledging the fault mean Sky do not report this as a problem? There system says it is all okay, but voice has an orange light and my Google hub says no connection.

@GaryNi try turning off your hub for 30 minutes as that should clear the fault. When looking at the test the initial result you see is from the last routine test but if you click to run the test it normally picks up faults but occasionally it wont if the internet light is green but the voice light is amber as the issue is with the server you are connecting to.

Thanks Chrisee,

I did run the test twice and did then switch it off and on again as it said all was okay.
