&lt;P&gt;Openreach aim to fix faults within 2&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;working&lt;/U&gt; days from being notified and claim to achieve this in 85% of cases. wfh doesn't afford a priority repair to what is a domestic service so you may need to make alternative arrangements for the next couple of days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
