      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check if the phonexchange is down, it could be severe weather in ur area, it happens on my&amp;nbsp; dsl sky too. But then again its 2016 so yeah&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart ur box make sure the phone cable is connected&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you established that everything is down including the broadband connection? Look at the lights on the router and confirm the internet light is on, if it is off or flashing then the broadband has failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
