topic No internet in Broadband

I have got all 3 green lights on my hub but no Internet access. I have switched it on and off but no success. Cant connect to any device and ran a check on sky website which identified that there was an issue with lack of Internet but when they ran a check it said all was working ok. Any ideas?

@Sandrap2

I suggest you either leave the router switched off for an hour or disconnect and reconnect in the router interface at HTTP://192.168.0.1 to establish and acquire a new public IP address first, this should solve any issues with firewall security blocking access because of potential activity firing security and blocking the connection.

Recommend you acquire a new public IP address and establish whether that fixes the issue.
