    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi hub says connected but my laptop, phone and Sky Q box won't connect to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky service status page states no known issues in area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any advice would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no internet connection. But done checks and it says it all working fine. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any help from sky apppreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turned modem off twice. Only got white light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;One needs to establish whether the Wifi router is broadcasting an SSID signal when it's wireless, you can do this with a wireless analyses app installed on the PC or smartphone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have established that it is broadcasting a signal then the issue would be either the broadband is down. It has either failed to connect physically (router stats can establish this fact) or the TCP/IP layer has failed which is likely Sky/Openreach doing maintenance usually.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
