      <description>&lt;P&gt;My apologies it was flashing amber so I reset everything then was fine for about a hour then the voice light was amber so I've reset it again now I only have a green power light and a green Wi-Fi light other two lights are out and now have no internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, Sky isn't available currently until the morning, so I'd check in the morning to see whether it is still down if so report the fault to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
