    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've spoken with one of the Sky Advisors and they said there is an issue in my area with Openreach, and Openreach are already aware of the issue and should be resolved within 48 hours&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet not working.</title>

      <description>Have green light for power, no light for Internet, green light for WiFi. Can't connect to Internet on any connected devices on wired or on WiFi. Sky app says everything is fine but it isn't.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I phoned customer service, an automated service I think, they performed a test and said I needed an engineer as there was a fault outside the property. They booked an open reach visit and they sorted it within 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
