Sky won't accept communication by email, and if they are requesting you call that usually indicates there's some information which they are required to provide which the online path cannot convey: typically the customer vulnerability assessment for FTTP.

Hi, I am moving home in less than 2 weeks and this has happened very quickly and instigated by my purchaser. I am currently out of the country in Turkey and need to initiate moving my SKY broadband to my new home. I have tried the online option but advised to call. I tried calling but as I am calling on my mobile from Turkey my credit on my PAYG phone ran out and I was unable to accept the call when SKY returned the call. [£20 lasted 5 mins] I tried the online chat but that is all generic and wasn't helpful. I sent an email at the end of last week but no one has got back to me. I need to be able to communicate my request ASAP prefereably by email, but need the correct email address.

Thank you for your reply, I can see why that would be an issue, it's super frustrating as I don't return from Turkey until 3 days before my house move, so it looks like I will be without broadband for a couple of weeks
