One will need to provide further information on which Sky router... If an iPhone detects that the wireless is weak and the mobile signal is better then it will disconnect from the wireless and use the mobile network. There is a setting on the iPhone that stops the iPhone from disconnecting in this case and using wireless always, even when 4G/5G is better the setting is Wi-Fi Assist and should be disabled under mobile services in settings on iPhone.
