I work from home and my internet connection is vital.
Recently my laptop says I'm offline or no internet connection and often on zoom calls the connection is lost !

When I check my broadband on My Sky it says everything is fine and I'm getting a good connection. The only other thing connected is my phone and my router is just twenty feet from my laptop with no walls or metal in the way. Why is this happening and how can i resolve it ?
A reliable connection is essential to me , does anyone else have this problem ?

What colour is the internet light on the router when the disconnection happens?

Could you post your router stats
