      <title>Unreliable speeds</title>

      <description>We're supposed to be getting speeds of around 100mbps and lucky if we get above 14 some nights. Only had sky broadband in a few weeks and not impressed. How do I resolve?</description>

&lt;P&gt;100Mbs would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, which is speed delivered to the Hub from the internet.&amp;nbsp; If you are testing speed using a wireless device, the result reflects local WiFi rather than router speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can't even steam things though, basic streaming. I expect that should be a given minimum and poor equipment is the cause&lt;/P&gt;</description>
