WiFi dropping from laptop when on important work calls

My WiFi connection keeps dropping out. I work from home as an EMERGENCY CALL Handler, and you can understand the importance of the connection while on a urgent call. Someone pls help

I have tried to clink this link but it doesn't work. Can you please tell me how to access the hub settings, we have moved to sky today and my partner works from home, the connection drops out every few minutes. Sky have been useless when I have called them, regretting moving right now! Any help please ?

I have turned off shield protect, I have tried resetting devices and router,

everything else is fine,
no vpn on this laptop,
