&lt;P&gt;Completely shut down the PC, then unplug the router from its mains connection.&amp;nbsp; Plug the router back in, give it a couple of minutes and then boot up the PC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have tried all suggested checks and tests and the Windows Network Diagnostics test on PC has returned the message 'Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration'&amp;nbsp; (Not Fixed)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reset of the wireless adapter was completed but the investigation into the router / modem issues failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know and I can't see any obvious next steps to take in this to try and get the issue resolved. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
