      <description>Engineer finally finished the installation but now I have to wait for an activation on it. Problem is, my status hasn't updated so it still says engineer cancelled and there's no activation date and I need to contact them which is impossible as all I get is a automated reply when I do phone up SKY with no easy path to an actual human so I can ask directly.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;directs me too "tracked orders"&amp;nbsp; as it still states engineer has cancelled but I've had another come today who has finished his job&lt;/P&gt;</description>
