Some websites/apps not loading

My broadband / wifi is really slow. I seem to be able to use websites like google, however I’m having issues with apps on my phone like intagram and whatsapp as well as trouble connecting through my PS5. I can manage to get the PS5 to connect to stream TV sometimes however things like the playstation store won’t open at all.

I’ve now rebooted my router 4 times and run online Sky tests which all come back with everything being ‘good’. But there is clearly an issue here.

I can’t call sky to speak to someone as I don’t get phone signal at home and rely on using whatsapp for calls.

Would really appreciate any help.

You could go to prnduct settings -> broadband shield in your my sky app and untick social media or disable broadband shield

I changed my settings for broadband shield and everything seems to be working fine now.
