Reaching Sky withoit telephone

I urgently need to reach Sky. I dont have a telephone at the moment. The Chat is not there anymore. It was blocked for me i dont know why. Blocked during a conversation to help me. Just joined Sky and horrible experience. Nothing is working. Despite entging everything perfectly perfect, Account Number, postcode, enail, still my new Sky ID does not Link to the contract. They have Not even given me and contract which I am desperately trying to see. I can't. No contract but they take my money!!! Im so desperate, crying here. Only Stress.
