&lt;P&gt;Note it's&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;not possessing the ISP router which enables broadband at the address: it's the work which is booked by the ISP for the network maintainer (Openreach/OpenEIR) to carry out that does this.&amp;nbsp; Having a router earlier doesn't get you a connection quicker.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hubs are delivered if an engineer is not required. You can't collect it from somewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the packet cannot be delivered the postman should leave a card telling you where you can collect it from. Royal Mail dont give the option of collection until after the first delivery attempt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
