Hi I had my WiFi installed Friday and today it has just gone off. It is sky max fibre and the openreach box installed on my wall is flashing a red PON light. Any ideas?

Hey we’ve have the exact same issue read about it apparently it's an openreaxh issue not a sky issue

My LAN and power lights are both green and my router is flashing green

It does sound like an issue with the openreach network.
