@Domdom94 You would need to change the router password then switch off the router and the mains by physically taking plug out for at least an hour

this should then give you a new ip address

It can be an issue where someone has had sight of the rear of the router (which is one reason why they shouldn't be in window sills ; )

I find it interesting that the new EE Hub model has the traditional pull-out plastic tab with the credentials label on it, but now the label text is hidden from view by being on the inside.
