    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.jpg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/100730i8D0902488035CC6D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="image.jpg" alt="image.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My WiFi has not been working for multiple hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tested it online and it says it's all good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the box multiple times and tested it and all lights are green on the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still isn't working and I'm now stuck on what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That shoulld change your connection from a faulty server port to one thst is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
