Wifi poor & Sky Q not connecting needs booster. Unable to get help

Wifi in bedrooms poor. Sky Q suggests it needs a booster but i cannot connect with a human to arrange? Help just passes me around in circles.

Hi @ElaineM3 as your Sky Q needs a booster I have escalated your post the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
