Activation and OTP Box

Morning,

Just been sent my max hub with a connection date of today.

I've ordered 500mb super fast plus.

The hub has no way to connect in to the OTP box on the wall (which is a traditional rj45 connection).

When I connect to the router it says there is a problem, obviously but all the picture point to a BT connection with micro filter.

All help appreciated.

FTTP uses an ONT (optical network terminal) with a Cat5e ethernet cable between the RJ45 port on the ONT and port #4 on the Sky Hub.
