For the past two days our broadband keeps dropping out. Where the light on the left goes red and all other lights are off. Everytime I do a status check it says everything is fine and all is connected; which is isn't.

I haven't tried to call yet, hoping I can get some answers here first.

Is that the power light

could be a dodgy power supply or router.

Could you try a different electric socket

I'm having the same issue! Every night this week it has just cut out. Sometimes multiple times in an hour. When I do the status check it says it's fine, yet the internet light on the router is either flashing orange or solid orange. WiFi is green though 🤷. It's driving me nuts as it is happening so frequently now! Did you ever call?
