    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've the same issue, since 5pm yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A &lt;EM&gt;significant number&lt;/EM&gt; of households in my area have the same problem, all starting at the same time, but due to all three lights being green Sky (and other providers) are saying there is not a wider network issue - clearly there is, but strangely not effecting all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There appears to be no way of escalating this issue, and everyone is getting individual engineer visits, which is just crazy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
