Sky applies the speed guarantee to all their packages. If you are not getting the correct speed you must report it as a fault to Sky who will be given reasonable time to fix it. If they cant fix it you will be entitled to compensation & the option to leave your contract early.

Note that speed is not actually guaranteed, particularly on FTTC broadband. The 'guarantee' is of a small refund (one month subscription fee) and early exit without penalty if the quoted minimum speed cannot be delivered over the Openreach circuit to the address.
