When will we be getting fibre optic installed in our area WA9 5 a green box has been placed but nothing put in it and been there for months. My sky says my internet is fine but I can't stream anything I want to on my PC without it lagging or kicking me out due to poor internet!

Deployment of FTTC/FTTP is entirely up to Openreach: ISPs are not permitted to attempt to influence the process.

The target to have 80% of UK addresses within reach of FTTP is the end of 2026

A green cabinet would typically be for FTTC (as in the 'C' in the name) but that's being made obsolete by FTTP.
