    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had wall to wall guarantee what since I have this after upgrade this is not working properly. I try to contact many time and has chat as well never fix the issue some content can't connect , can't get signal other side the &amp;nbsp;wall . Very low connecting&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2828983"&gt;@Karan+mall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;a lot depends on what the wall is made of and what else is in the way a block psrtition wall shouldn't be a problem but a solid brick or stone wall is a different proposition..However as a thin layer of metal foild will totally block the wifi signal as of course would a radiator so as a first step see if moving the hub higher might help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
