Can't get to some shopping pages

So we moved to sky broadband last week. And I can't go to my favourite shopping pages. They're all archery shops so maybe classed as adult content??? I've tried to access them on my phone browser (chrome) and my wife's with the mobile data turned off. It won't load any of the shopping pages for about 5 of the 6 shops infrequently browse...(The wife's happy tbh but that's another story 🤣). The WiFi works fine for all other pages we are frequenting, for work , for TV streaming etc. just need to get my fix of browsing archery shops!!! So how does one unlock content for use? Im aware this may unlock other dark materials and with a tween and a preteen with phones if I can only unlock all archery/hunting/gunning/slingshots content that'll be cool. Not everyone's cup of tea but hey the world's better for some variety. Much appreciated people.

@Skybbfumbler the regulations require Sky to set their parental controls in their Sky Broadband Shield to age 13 for new customers. This setting would block the sites you mention. The account holder should be able to change the setting by logging into the My Sky app or website navigating to Product settings choosing Broadband Shield.

Thank you! Wow! I didn't realise how much was blocked between 13 and 18 rating...and thankfully!

Don't want to set it to 18! The 13 seems nice to block the content I don't want the kids to see.

I've added a few sites as allowed sites. I'll try again and see.

Fair...but

Isnt archery a sport? Can it be recategorised as sporting goods shop? It's an olympic sport afterall...how could I get that message to sky? Seems a policy decision that's a very broad brush stroke and could do with some refinement? Do they consider requests somewhere? Somewhere we can write to them to review specific sites for recategorisation? Just curious.

Sky says:

Websites are categorised for Sky Broadband Shield by a third party.

Email us at mysky (email symbol) sky.uk if:

you think the website should be blocked or allowed based on your settings.
you own a website that you think is in the wrong category.

We'll review and if it’s in the wrong category, we’ll get this updated as soon as we can.

Certainly, but a bow is also a weapon.
