topic Internet LED light off in Broadband

Yesterday, when I came home from work, I noticed that my phone couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. The Internet LED on my Sky Hub is off, and none of the devices in my home can connect to the Wi-Fi. The devices can see the Wi-Fi and it has a good signal, but they can't connect. There's an exclamation mark on the Wi-Fi symbol, and when I try to connect, Sky's connection diagnosis page appears, stating "Not quite connected" and offering options to fix the problem, but none of them work. I've followed all the steps, unplugged everything, and reset the hub several times, but nothing seems to help. The Sky App keeps saying everything is fine, but the Internet LED light on the hub remains off, and I can't connect to the Wi-Fi with any device. Can someone assist me or provide a contact number where I can speak to a person instead of an automated system? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Addie15, thank you for your response. In the meantime, I manage to speak to a person at Sky, and an engineer will come to my home next Monday to investigate what the issue is.
