Internet Wifi Issues

Hello all, ive been having internet wifi connection issues for a while now but have ignored in hope it would improve but i now can barely use the internet, cannot stream films, constant dropping out.

done the sky checker and it says everything is fine

ran an ookla speedtest

Download 0.45 mbps

Upload 0.42 mbps

aware that these can change but have run a few times

It looks like your on ADSL broadband which is by nature not very fast. Especially when your upstream speed is only 0.7mbps. Is fibre not available to you?
