If the issue is the WiFi signal in your home thst is not something Sky can sort for you. To stream video you not only need enough bandwidth but as important thecsignal needs to be free of interference which often requires more tgan the free router Sky give you. The choice is buying an addon from Sky like Wifi Max, buying your own third party wifi kit or if practical connecting yourcstreaming device by a cable.
