WIFI ISSUES

Hi , a couple of days all my devises by wifi withheld hub have started to disconnect and re connect after a few seconds. I had the same problem before and I have replaced the old hub with a new one. Everything was alright, until couple of days ago. Also now the sky mini box disconnects as well for a few seconds.

@Nasos1 if the issue is happening after a change in hubs it is likely something causing interferencecin your home. Could be from a neighbour's network if so a hub restart might help. However it could be from a piece of electrical equipment like a fluorescent light, microwave or just about anything but it is most likely in your home but if your neighbours havecthe same issue it could be outside.

Good morning, the new hub works fine for a couple of months. Yesterday I have realized that the wired connections are having a problem as well not just the WiFi. All the lights at the hub are constantly green.

@Nasos1 could be a line issue if the ethernet devices sre affected if you post your Sky hub's stats forum members should be able to advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
