topic Wifi problem in Broadband

Just upgraded to the new max wifi hub and now in my sky app all i see is that my wifi signal is poor. Test it and it all comes back as being ok but still the app declares there is a problem. Also i cannot get wifi plugs to connect? I dropped the security back to wpa2 and still nothing. Streaming on the glass and other tvs are working fine so bit confused.

@Stu+Mac the Wifi Max hub does take a while to optimise so ignorecthe test results if devices sre working.

. The issue with your wifi plugs is probably they dont like the dualband SSID. To get devices like that to connect go into the hub's settings in the My Sky app and temporarily tufn off the 5GHz band connect the plugs and then turn the 5GHz band back on and they should stay connected.
