      <title>Wi fi drop out</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Wi-fi-drop-out/m-p/4655587#M397467</link>
<description>Hello everyone, I have sky broadband super fast but have an old sky router (8 years old, sky 2.0 I have been told). For the past few months, wi-fi has been dropping out, even though hard wired connections remain online. Devices such as a mobile phone or tablet will lose connectivity, whilst a PC will be fine. I have to manually reset the router for the wi fi to work again. Suspect I'm due a new router but no luck getting past the automated sky call handler. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.</description>
