      <title>No Internet, again !</title>

      <description>No connection. Red light on my router. Been happening most days but just for a few minutes. Now been off for over 3 hours. Need urgent connection as wife uses a cpap breathing machine that uses our wifi to send details of her breathing to the nurses. Swapped from BT 2 months ago, had your engineers out once already 5 weeks ago who found no fault. Never had any problems with BT. Not happy.</description>
