Can you run the broadband test to see if it can see the external fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky router is showing no internet light with the other two lights green. A test of the connection suggests no issues known in the area and everything looks okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going round in circles and it is not obvious how to get this resolved...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
