Sky broadband has taken my money without connecting sky max. And they promise they will never charge me this month but have taken money without giving me service. This is rip off. How do I go around this, so disappointed with sky. I want refund@skybroadband

@Me37 you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum howevercas you need to talk to Sky to resolve the issue I am escalting your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
