&lt;P&gt;However if the internet light on your hub is amber or red log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the connection test - ignore the initial result displayed which shows the last automatic test - and it will tell you if there is a known issue if tgere isnt call Skyband report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
