      <title>Broadband not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FTTP, voice light is orange all others are green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No broadband this evening. Checker initially says issue detected and then when test are run it says no issues found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a regional outage in Buckinghamshire?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4070563"&gt;@Chris2228&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;where the internet light is green but the voice light is amber points to an issue within Sky's own network. You can often work round this by forcing a connection change by either powering down the hub for more tgan 30 minutes or by using the disconnect function in the hub's interface.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky will fix the faulty port causing the issue but it takes time as the unit are physically in different locations from their network control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
