Yes happy to give that a try although the route is actually right by the tv with nothing blocking it and the tv does not connect to the WiFi. Also we will get the message to ask us to reconnect as our internet has dropped and if we run diagnostics it says we are fine and it hasn't dropped.

Hours at a time this happening for.

we are unable to use apps or download anything on our tv because it says we are not connected to the internet. Again check the connect and all ok. router all green lights.

@Giantflyingpear if the internet light on the hub remains green your hub is connected so the issue will be in your home.

Sounds like you may need something more than a single Sky hub to provide reliable wifi. Sometimes you can improve thecwifi by making sure the hub is oiut innthe open and abovecthings that block thecsignal like radiators. If that doesnt help you could buy one of Sky's two packages either Broadband Boost at £5 per month where if you need one, to get 3Mb/s in every room, a booster. Alternstively the Wifi Max bundle gets a new hub and upmto 3 extenders where tou cant get 10Mb/s if in Superfast or 25Mb/s on Ultrafast in every room butvan engineer will need to come out if you need morectgan one.

Alternatively you can buy third party kit as I do myself which works out cheaper innthe long run.

We monitored it and the lights regularly go to green orange green orange but still say nothing is wrong with our internet. None of us have been able to check to the internet at all since yesterday. These short blobs of losing connection have been going on for months but this week has just been awful
