topic Problem with WIFI in Broadband

My internet connection has dropped several times today. At one point my app was saying there is an outage in my area but that message has now gone however it keeps saying there is a problem with my WIFI. Yet when I run the tests it says everything is ok then I check the app again and it has the error message back and I go around in a loop. I work from home like a lot of people and it has caused a massive problem today. I have rebooted a couple of times but it has not resolved it. My app says Checkbroad under Sky Q and WIFI looks like a problem, straight underneath it says broadband looks good so it is confusing! 🙂
