I'm still having problems with sky broadband. All worked perfectly well with BT. Twice this week I've had to reset everything as the broadband drops out. Sky just fobbed me off saying they've checked and there's nothing wrong and it's the devices connected which is **bleep** as again it all worked fine with BT.

The broadband is definitely slower, it drops out and I'm constantly resetting the sky TV system. Don't change to sky broadband!

All sky tell u is to turn off the router and reset everything. Which sorts it for a few days then it starts happening again that's not normal is it? It's the worst broadband system I've ever had.

I have recently changed to Sky broadband and so far I'm not very impressed. The main sky box is connected via a cable directly to the hub but still it glitches. We have 3 iPhones in use in the house, all 3 when using safari are now so slow it's almost impossible to use. SKY Q multi rooms are now glitching and are sometimes slow and we have to constantly reset. Used to be with BT I know they all use the same cable to uour house but I never had this when I was with them🤷🏻‍♂️
