Therefore if your connection is back up by morning that is probably the cause.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If however the servicecisxstill down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app (ignorectge result of the last routine test which may have run before tge line dropped) as that will tell you if Sky are aware of a known issue afecting your line. If there isnt call Sky and report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost broadband (FTTP) last night between 00:43 and 01:34.&amp;nbsp; Also lost it on 17th and 13th May, all around same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky told me it's my ethernet cable, don't think so as no issues any other time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Biggest problem is we lose phone at the time causing call to drop, not good.&amp;nbsp; Thought Sky would have resilency in their network to prevent these outages during maitenance, if that what it was of course&lt;/P&gt;</description>
