I applied for home move from sky they send me a conversion kit to my new home . But its showing as delivered but I couldn't get. Royal mail photos is also not clear its showing only the package. What can i do for that !

The 'conversion kit' is a Cat5e ethernet cable, widely and cheaply available in the length and colour of your choice.

It indicates that Sky thinks you already have an SR203 Sky Broadband Hub, and the address you are moving to is equipped with (or is going to get) an Openreach ONT.

Is that only a ethernet cable ? can i buy it from some where ! For the team visit .

Any ethernet cable of Cat5e specification or better will be fine: there's no need to purchase a higher grade though.
