I have just phoned Sky, and the problem is, broadband shield, apparently it is blocking all Apple products. The guy has turned my broadband shield off, then I unplugged my router for two mins, plugged back in, and low and behold, after about 4 weeks, all is working again <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:">👍</span>.
