I got sent a new sky hub max as the first one they sent me was faulty. However changing settings through the app is still changing settings for the old router - I'm not able to change settings for the new router I have - I've tried to call support but can't get through. Is there anything I can do to connect the replacement hub to my account and remove the old hub?
