WiFi not working

My WiFi has worked perfectly for 4 months no issues. Within the last month the connection is not working on multiple devices in my house, or drops out mid connection, and mostly lags.

I spoke to a sky agent over the phone who suggested buying an extender which is still not helping the issue. Checked connection online and everything is ok on there but this issue keeps happening and I have no clue how to fix it.
