Will be calling Sky yet again tomorrow. WiFi is constantly dropping, 4 times today and we've only been in half the day.

Yesterday Sky said they can't do anything apart from me paying more money for the WiFi booster to try and help, but it's never been this bad - last month it's been so bad.

They said I've got an old router and will only give me a new white one if I pay for the WiFi booster package.

I'll post my router stats tomorrow.

@Otterman is the connection to your hub thst is dropping or the Wifi from the hub to your devices? A new hub might help the second but is unlikely help with the first. The leds on your hub will helpmyou to know what is going on see https://downdetector.co.uk/status/sky/southport_6846/

If you do have wifi issues in your home then buying the Wifi Max bundle is one option but there are multiple others. Firstly if your home has solid internal walls wifi is always going to be a problem and the Wifi Max is unlikely to really help a better solution is running etgernet cables or using powerline networking thst uses the mains wiring to carry the data.

You will pay a minimum of £135 for a 18 month contract for wifi Max which you still dont own for less than thst you can buy a third party whole home Wifi kit which is my preferred solution.

The issue I have with paying anything extra to fix the problem, is that it's worked previously, we've not added any extra walls and infact the house is pretty open, we've not moved our Sky box and and the WiFi keeps failing to reach it.

I do think maybe the bandwith coming into the house has dropped, and maybe that's the issue.

Router stats are:-
