topic Broadband nightmare in Broadband

Hello, on Wednesday 22nd May my sky broadband stopped working. I have called everyday near enough I've done all the resets and pulled out plugs and put back in plugs but still no internet or WiFi. Sky service checker says internet is working but WiFi has issues. All the lights that are supposed to be on the hub and the openreach white box on the wall are at green. The last person I talked to tonight actually admitted he had no idea of what might be wrong. I've sent pictures in of the set up too. I even got a text today to say it was all working. They lied 🙈 I have honestly had enough. I know there is more to life than internet but in this day in age we rely on it. And to make it worse no one I've talked to at sky seems to have a clue. No mention of a new hub or a engineer out or anything. Thanks for reading my ramble xx
